How to decrease stress and anxiety regarding Covid19
1.Stay away from Corona news,you already knew that is helpful.
2.Don't try to count the numbers of deaths by this disease, this is not a cricket match that you should be aware of every score.
3.Don't share number of deaths with others who are not physically and mentally strong, they can get depressed or ill.
4.Don't try to get information regarding corona from internet otherwise this can relate you to the chapter named "A Man who was a Hospital".
5.Continuously thinking about corona can cause depression or nervous breakdown.
6.Try to spend your time by reciting Quran, doing dhikr,reading books and with family as well.
7.Be stress free as it will increase your immunity and that you needed the most this time.
8.Try to authenticate the information of FB and WhatsApp as well before sharing(PS: I have suffered this problem as well).
9.The most important point, put your faith in Allaah Almighty because in the end its in Allaah's hand and not a leaf fall without His knowledge.
